Soup for Tasty Weight Loss

Some soups are excellent ways to drop a few pounds.
We are not talking about the once not so famous soup diets here.
Nor commercially prepared soups loaded with extra salt, sugars and a host of additives.

Home made soups can be made in a slow cooker while you sleep or are at work.
Home made soups can have the best options for you.

Based on your taste palette, any amount of non-starchy vegetables (organic) will give your body nutrient-dense substance and fiber to top it all off.

Recipes are optional  
Start with red lentils, (rinse) add diced vegetables, 1/4 cup Cider vinegar, spices (cumin, oregano, Italian seasonings - to taste) Add water or some no sodium vegetable broth.
