Grain Free Wraps

A great substitute for breads, sandwiches, pitas.

1/3 cup ground flax seeds; or flax meal
      (use a grinder as ground goes rancid much quicker)

1 egg or equivalent egg whites.
2 tablespoon ground psyllium husk
1/4 tsp of a  Rising agent; baking soda or baking powder (aluminum-free) 
1 tsp cinnamon or seasoning ( oregano) based on intended use.
Enough liquid to render a loose batter.
  Options: water, almond or other nut milk, tomato juice (low sodium)

  Stir completely, but do not overdo as this limits rising.
Pour immediately into 
  •     a microwave safe container e.g. coconut oil greased pie plate
         (1-4 min based on thickness) or
  •     a preheated waffle maker
